I traveled over 2 hours to have Mandy perform a color and cut. The color is perfectly woven and the cut is very sassy. Mandy always does a superb job. I have tried other stylists because of the distance to Corvallis; I always return to her for excellence! The salon is beautiful and the team is very friendly!! I will be back in 2 months!!

Shay is so sweet and so talented! I came to her first for a haircut (which I called in and was able to get the same day) and she exceeded ALL of my expectations and gave me the perfect haircut that I get so many compliments on. During that haircut I told her about a color I wanted to do and she helped me figure out what we would need to do to get me there. I ended up booking the appointment with her before I left and I’m so glad I did because I came in for the color and walked out feeling so confident! She gave me exactly what I wanted and was so realistic with my expectations and what she could do for me. She’s also incredibly sweet and down to Earth, I really felt comfortable with her and I left raving about her to all of my friends. I cannot recommend her enough! Shay is incredible!

I love this salon so much! I have been going here for over a year, and there is no one else I trust with my hair. Everyone is so kind, professional, & knowledgeable. Shay has been doing my hair recently & I couldn’t be happier with the results! I showed her a reference photo & she gave me exactly what I wanted. I have super dark brown hair so I was a little nervous about damaging it by going more blonde, but Shay did amazing. My hair is just as healthy as ever even after several rounds of bleaching. I have been going to Adore for nearly two years with Megan McCabe as my stylist. Before I ever dyed my hair, Megan gave me phenomenal cuts with layers that fit my face shape and the length I wanted. This spring, I began getting balayages and was so impressed with my experience.I have had bad experiences dying my hair in the past and voiced all of my concerns with Megan. She listened to everything I had to say and gave me a beautiful balayage my first time! She listened to the tone specifications I asked for and like always, gave me a fantastic haircut. After that visit, I had hair that felt healthier than prior and with her frequent check-ins to make sure I liked my new style, I came back for a second balayage.In this second appointment, I trusted her to go even lighter with my hair. It made me so nervous from my past experiences but she was so reassuring every step of the way. On top of that, this appointment was set one day before graduation so there was no turning back! After my appointment was over, I was blonder just like she promised and so so so happy with my experience.Adore has made my hair journey a breeze and I can not see myself leaving their salon as I am not sure who can beat their stylists! I’ve been going to Megan McCabe for hair coloring and cuts for years now! She was the first stylist I’ve ever trusted to take my hair color virginity and I was SO happy with the transformation I continued to go back to her. Briana did suchhhh a great job on my brows. my best brow experience in corvallis so far. I also got a haircut with mandy... she had good intentions but the haircut did not look good. there wasn't anything to fix really because she had already cut and thinned out so much. im really disappointed too bc i saw she had great reviews

Alexis cut my curly hair and she was AMAZING and super knowledgable about how to manage my curls! I went and saw Stephanie and she was absolutely amazing!! She listened to what I wanted and explained everything to me about what she was doing or what she thought. I received a really bad lash extension service at another local salon. I made an appointment with Alexis (the owner) and was not sure if she would be able to fix them. She was so awesome!!! Love this place! I went in for a pixie cut, from long hair I was really nervous. They gave me all the pros and cons of the haircut and made sure I wanted which I appreciated. I loved the shampooing of the hair and a great scalp massage! Throughout the process my hairdresser asked me if this something’s ok, or I wanted it shorter which again I appreciate. When I looked in the mirror I loved my new look and I totally recommend coming here if you drastically want to change your look and be treated with love!

Kim did her best to meet my expectations with balayage, I did consulting before my actual hair color appointment and she gave me ideas on different colors, explained the process and estimate. I wanted neutral color on black hair to look more natural not so much color. She did perfect style and the staff is friendly. I had such a wonderful experience at adore. Kayla is absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to be in her chair again. The entire staff here are so kind to clients and catering to client needs. The cost really depends on your hair, but totally worth it. Kayla knows what she is talking about and can help you achieve your hair goals as well. I have also had Alexis do my brows and she is the best there is. She is so attentive to detail so your brows are in good hands. The owner Lu is also very involved and really cares about the satisfaction of each client that walks through the doors and has a radient attitude toward all guests. Adore salon is the best salon in Corvallis and I highly recommend you visit here if you haven’t already!

So I just moved to Corvallis from Alabama, and I had to go through everyone’s favorite process of finding a new hair stylist. I came across adore salon and fell in love with it right away. I went with Kayla as my stylist and she is amazing! I’ve never colored my hair in my life, but I wanted to try something new so I got my hair cut short and a balayage. Which one is for you?

Schedule a free consultation. Hair extensions depend on your hair texture, length, and the look you’re going for.

What is the typical amount of time to get hair extensions?

Of course it depends on extensions application method. For tape-in weft hair extensions, they can be installed in around 1 hour. Whereas, fusions or hand tied hair extensions can take several hours.

How long do extensions last? How often do you need to get them redone?

It depends on how well you take care of them and the method of extensions installation, and your hair make-up. However, they should last 4 to 6 months on average before required professional maintenance.

Can you style and wear the hair as your own?

100 and 50 percent yes. You will feel the natural hair extension like its your own hair. Depending on the type of hair extensions application, we will even dye the hair extensions to match perfectly. Nobody will ever know.

Will it look natural?

A quality hair extensions weave looks absolutely natural when applied by an Adore stylist.

After Care or Removal?

At Adore Salon we also provide after-care for your hair extensions. When the time comes they have to be removed and replaced with new ones. Removing extensions is something that needs to be done by a professional to minimize damage to your hair. It requires tools and expertise to safely remove hair extensions.

Hair Extensions Care Suggestions

Maintaining Great Hair

Hair extensions require care. When treated carefully, your new hair will last a long time. Here are some measures that you can take to keep them looking sharp and conditioned.

Hair Care Do's

Always avoid water treated with chlorine or salt water.
Talk to your stylist about using oils and sprays. It’s advised to spray halfway down the hair strands.
Always use professional quality shampoos. It’s important to avoid the filler chemicals known as sulfate. As they will dry your hair out.
Use a Hair Extension brush. Using a brush will maintain untangled hair and is made so it won’t pull the extensions.
Brush your hair at least 2 times a day. It’s important to brush before getting your hair wet. Make sure to hold the extensions at the roots of the hair while you brush gently not to pull the extensions out where they’re attached.

Hair Care Don'ts

Avoid washing your hair as much as possible. Talk to your stylist about using a dry-shampoo. Adore carries Amika Perk up & Davines Dry Cleaners. These will absorb oils and keep your hair fresh.
Avoid wet hair when going to bed. It’s shown to increase the life of your hair extensions to braid or tie hair in loose pony before lying on your hair.
Avoid over using tools that use heat. Apply products designed for heat protection. Adore Salon carries – Amika The Wizard & Davines MELU.
Avoid chemically processing your hair. Including perms, or to lighten / darken, create waves, or chemical straightening. All these processes will weaken your hair and increase breakage.
